License agreement for image files
By purchasing an image file from artLODIA Peter Lorenz, you acquire a license to use the file under the following conditions: 1. License granted You receive a simple, non-exclusive license to use the purchased image file without any restrictions in terms of time or location. 2. Permitted uses The license entitles you to use the image file for: Personal projects (e.g., private websites, blog posts, social media). Commercial projects (e.g., marketing materials, advertisements, websites for your company, presentations). Printed materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, T-shirts, provided that the image file is not the main product). 3. Prohibited uses The license does not entitle you to the following actions: Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise distributing the original image file to third parties, whether free of charge or for a fee. Using the image file as the main component of a product that is primarily sold as an image (e.g., as a stock photo, on postcards, art prints, or calendars without significant creative addition of your own). Using the image file in a logo, brand, or trademark. Using it in a way that is misleading, defamatory, obscene, or illegal. Displaying the image file in a context that casts the persons or objects depicted in a negative light or infringes on the rights of third parties. 4. Copyright The copyright to the image file always remains with artLODIA Peter Lorenz. You only acquire a right of use, not ownership of the file. 5. Liability We accept no liability for damages resulting from the use of the image file, unless these are due to intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty on our part.
